These materials and services are for educational purposes only and are not legal advice. They do not replace consultation with an immigration attorney.
Portico / Sandra Kluge is not an immigration attorney and does not provide legal representation.
2. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for all submitted materials and decisions regarding their O visa application.

Portico / Sandra Kluge cannot guarantee approval of any O visa petition.

Recommendations, templates, and organizational tools are guidance only; clients must verify accuracy and completeness.
3. Payment & Access

Digital products are delivered via email or download link upon successful payment.

Payment is processed securely through Wix using Stripe or PayPal.

Digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, the files are available for immediate download and cannot be returned.
Refunds will only be considered if the files are inaccessible or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will provide a replacement link or corrected files. -
Consulting services are billed as specified on the Services page; cancellation or rescheduling policies are outlined during booking.
4. Intellectual Property

Materials are licensed for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing content without permission is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability

Portico / Sandra Kluge is not liable for any outcomes of O visa petitions, lost or misused documents, or reliance on guidance provided.

Use of all materials and services constitutes acceptance of these risks.

In no event shall Portico's total liability to any client exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. Portico is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of its services or materials.
6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York, USA.
7. Modifications

Portico reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
8. Disclaimer of Legal Advice

All content, materials, templates, and services provided by Portico are for educational and organizational purposes only. Nothing provided by Portico constitutes legal advice, creates an attorney-client relationship, or serves as a substitute for consultation with a licensed immigration attorney. Portico makes no representations about the likelihood of petition approval.
9. Confidentiality

Portico may request permission to use anonymized case outcomes for educational content, blog posts, or marketing materials. Client identifying information will never be shared without explicit written consent, and clients may withdraw their consent at any time.
